The house itself has the most fabulous garden with so many enchanting areas to sit and enjoy the stunning views from morning to night. The accommodation was beautiful and had absolutely everything we required. On the occasions we contacted Emilio we had immediate responses and resolutions to our queries. Overall we would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Salento area. "

"This villa is in a stunning location with amazing views, peaceful and with total privacy. The house has all basic amenities, and outside area is beautiful though probably unsuitable for very young children and people with reduced mobililty due to number of steps down to villa. Luigi was very responsive and provided great info about local restaurants, beaches, and areas to visit. Definitely need a car - easy drives to Pescoluse beach, Gallipoli and Otranto, all certainly worth a visit. No access to the sea from the villa. Would definitely return for another visit. "

"This property is absolutely stunning. The pool is a dream. So large and the outdoors is beautifully decorated. Our communication with Rocco was great before and during our arrival and once on site. He and one of his friends helped get us a 3 hour boat tour along caves of Santa Maria De Leuca with Mari 2 Leuca. The villa is lovely and decorated in Italian style with what looked to be some classic beautiful furniture not modern. It makes the villa special. It was a little difficult to find at first as the road sign name is worn off from the sign. But once we found it it was so easy to access Castrignano or Santa Maria De Leuca. If we would ever return to this area I’d rebook in a heartbeat.We had 4 couples and it was fantastic we each had our own private bedroom that were independently air conditioned. We each had our own bathroom as well. The outdoor veranda was were we spent all our time when not in the pool. Highly recommend this property."

The villa was immaculate—spotlessly clean, with every detail perfectly attended to. You can tell that a lot of care and pride goes into maintaining this property. Maurizio was an absolute gem! So welcoming and always available for anything we needed, offering fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and hidden gems in the area. Their hospitality truly made our trip special, ensuring that we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The villa itself is a haven of peace and tranquility, set in the stunning Puglian countryside. The outdoor pool and terrace were perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun, while the interiors were stylish, comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. "The property is well maintained and extremely clean. Be sure to have the room cleaned as they have some night critters. Would be great that at time of arrival more information about activities that take place, like horse riding. The breakfast is $10 Eu per person which I think is a bit too much and they require a swimming cap for pool use. The sell them if you want to use the pool. "
