"Lovely staff always keen to help. The hotel team arranged everything to get us out onto the slopes first thing despite us arriving at the hotel late. We had ski hire lessons and lift passes arranged by the team on reception. With a ski hire shop on the lower ground floor and taxi shuttle to the gondola this made everything so easy and quick! Special thanks to Christian for his attention to detail and ensuring we had everything we needed. Thank you and the whole piolets team for a wonderful stay. We look forward to visiting again soon. "

"This property is a great deal during the off seasons. Bountiful breakfasts with an almost unbelievable variety of choices! Clean weight room, pool, sauna and hot tub. Massage also available. Clean, spacious room. Front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. Deluxe accommodation for less than $100/night!"

"Hôtel très bien situé à Soldeu (départ à pieds en randonnée: vallée d.incles + accès station de ski)´permettant de rayonner dans les jolis villages d’ordino, Canillo + attractions (roc del quel..mirador solaire ..pont tibétain) et virée shopping à Andorre. Les membres du personnel sont tous très bienveillants. Chambre nickel et pt déjeuner au top!! Tant salé que sucré avec une terrasse dont vue sur les pistes..séjour très agréable.possibilité de stationner le VL à l.intérieur pour 20€/jour. "

"A great location. Sophie, the lady on reception was really lovely and let us pay to stay a bit later in the room as I felt a little unwell. We really appreciated this. We had a room high up and view of the street and the mountains. Parking was available on the streets nearby at 4.90 euros for 4 hours and free 8pm until 9am. Bring coins. Our triple room was adequate for a one night visit. Thank you to Sophie for excellent customer service "

"Very clean and tidy apartment with all the kitchen utensils you need. Apartments have a upstairs which is great. Secure underground parking. Washing m/c (€3) and dryer (€2) available. "

"El apartamento fue espectacular, tanto por sus vistas de montañas como por la comodidad, espacio, y lo hogareño que era. La atención recibida en recepción también fue impecable, proceso del checkin fue rápido y ágil. El acceso directo al parking fue muy cómodo por los días lluviosos. No llegué a echar en falta nada, todo estaba mejor de lo descrito cuando lo reservé, solo cabe desacatar que aparecía que tenía plancha de ropa, pero no fue un inconveniente ya que lo pedimos en recepción y nos lo trajeron. De todas maneras, han sido muy buenos y la estancia para nosotrxs ha sido increíble y muy muy cómoda. Muchas gracias por tratarnos tan bien!"
