"The resort was clean, and the views were beautiful. However, one major disappointment was that guests are not allowed to swim at the beach after 6:00 PM. Since the weather during the day can be extremely hot, many people would prefer to enjoy the beach later in the evening when it’s cooler. The biggest letdown, though, was the food. "Well.... it has a very nice pool. Expect to feel ignored, unimportant, and at times in the way. This place could be very nice, they just need to fix their attitude and realize who's actually paying to stay there. In the hands of another top tier hotel, this could be a fabulous place to stay. I'm not sure why ownership doesnt get it. Yes, the locals who have the money to stay there are more than willing to tolerate feeling like they should be treated poorly, but anyone else will feel it right...

"This review pains me a little. This hotel has the best grounds and amazing views. The outside is so peaceful and serene. However the hotel rooms themselves are clearly dated and little attention had been paid the aging hotel rooms. Air conditioning is not cool enough and fans are provided to support. The outside is amazing beautiful and peaceful. They capitalize on the grounds through various weddings and it is amazing to watch. Staff is also amazing. The only complaint is the room itself and...
