"Very modern and pretty hotel. The bar/restaurant/bakery downstairs are open most of the day. My room smelled like paint. The hallway light stopped working and the tv wasn’t completely set up; but when I told the front desk these issues were settled asap."

"The location and view of the Bridge is what keeps us coming back. We were dissappointed the Front Desk Staff did not mention the construction when we checked in. We saw the posting in the elevator going to our room. It was not ideal to be faced with the sounds of construction starting at 9am throughout the whole day. Hd we known we wold have explained out situation and maybe been able to relocte to a quieter room."

"Great location and nice hotel. Rooms are small but very well designed. There was a weird gurgling noise from the sink after water had drained during my two night stay. At checkout, the staff member said she couldn't print a copy of the invoice, because I had booked through a third party. When I pointed out that the invoice was held on a CitizenM website she admitted that it was company policy, and still refused. Not owning a printer this causes issues as I need a paper invoice for expense claims. Poor customer service."

"This hotel was excellent! Its convenient location offered easy access to local attractions and public transit throughout London. The staff provided exceptional, proactive service and helpful guidance for first-time visitors. The rooftop was a great spot for drinks, and the restaurant/lounge had a lively atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I would gladly stay here again. Thank you!"
