    You will experience instant relaxation when you set foot into this beautiful ocean view home. Whether it's a sunny summer weekend or a cold stormy winter day, this location on Netarts Bay offers a comfortable interior for relaxing at the coast. There's a spot for everyone in the living room to get warm in front of the wood burning fireplace, settle back and watch cable on the flat screen TV in the bedrooms, or just curl up with a good book. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the dining and living room, so everyone can continue great conversation while the meal is being prepared. The kitchen has all the major appliances, including a dishwasher so you'll be able to clean up easily! And for sit-down meals, there's plenty of glasses, plates, silverware, and bowls to set the table for your vacation feasts.

    When it's time to turn in after a day playing on the beach, head upstairs to the cozy bedrooms. One bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunkbeds and also has a TV. The full bathroom is also located on this upper level in between the 2 rooms and has a walk in shower as well as a Jacuzzi tub.

    Whether you're strolling along the beach, clamming nearby, catching a nap on the deck, or enjoying a fabulous coastal sunset every evening, this ocean view vacation rental surrounds you with serenity. This is perfect spot for a family getaway or a quiet trip with friends.

    ** Note: Up to 2 dogs are welcome to come! There is a $50 pet fee for the additional cleaning required after your departure.
    ** Note: Your nightly rate includes damage insurance should anything accidentally break or get ruined during your stay.
    ** Note: I send out a rental acknowledgment to sign electronically after a booking is made. It is very straightforward and simple, but if you would like a copy of the contract beforehand, just let me know! :-)

We had a wonderful time at Seas the Bay!! It was clean, well-stocked, with quick beach access, and the view cannot be beat!! If we had the option, we would've done 4.5 stars and the only reason we gave it 4 stars is because it needs some TLC, as most homes do over time. Certainly nothing to keep us from staying here again- we would in a heartbeat!

Budget friendly and very nice

I greatly enjoyed my stay. The property itself is very reasonably priced, surprisingly so given the views and how it’s beachfront with no houses between the property and the beach. The property itself is well maintained as well and the property manager is proactive in their communication and friendly.

We have stayed here several times and will return again in the future. Very nice interior with the exception of the upstairs bath which needs a little TLC in regards to the paint and fixtures. Great little place

It was a nice place to stay. The kitchen was well stocked but it was lacking in storage for food and groceries. The 2 doors into the bathroom were a little concern but we solved the issue by locking the one in from the master bedroom and just using the door in the hall to avoid any mishaps. It was very clean and met our needs

Location, Location, Location

Right over the beach - enjoying the gorgeous views while staying warm inside with 2 great fireplaces. Not fancy, but well-appointed, clean, comfortable beds, and everything we needed to enjoy a couple of nights away. Even a jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bathroom that was relaxing and really hit the spot. We never heard our neighbors which was really nice and the balconies on both floors really let you be outside without having to bundle and brace for the wind and cold (we went while it was still off-season). We will definitely return for another great getaway soon.

Fantastic view

This is a condo with 4 units. Did not hear the neighbors, great view of ocean. Close to water. 5 minute drive for us older ones to get to beach. Would come back.

Awesome netarts workation!

My husband worked remotely for a month and enjoyed the Netarts Bay/Pacific ocean . We enjoyed both fireplaces and the jacuzzi . Sarah was excellent in responding to our questions immediately. The linens supplied were great. Besides the awesome view, Netarts was not far from other charming Oregon coastal communities. We explored up and down the coast, the 3 capes were awesome and we had fun collecting pretty rocks and agates. We would definitely rent this same unit again!

Honeymoon Adventures

My husband and i love the Oregon coast. Weve been married 10 year and just renewed our vows. I wanted to choose a spot we together have never done. We stayed 3 nights but honestly we should of stayed longer. Darn jobs lol. The views were breathtaking. The access to the beach was a few yards away. Nice quiet street. Android or your vehicles gps cannot find this place. But thanks to the property manager she sent us and apple cordinance which helped. My vehicle is a 2023 but it couldnt find Netarts when punching in the navigation. I wanna go back!

We spent one day at Oceanside with its amazing rock formations. Checked out Cape Meares lighthouse which also had some beautiful views. A few suggestions for improvement. - the boiling water tap wasn’t working and the kettle was rusted inside. We used a small pot with a pouring lipto boil water for tea. - could use a proper paring knife. The ones supplied were dull. - hairs in drawers of upstairs bathroom. The mat in front of the sinks was very old and looked dirty.

And the jetting was divine. I needed to get away and reflect on a major crossroads in my life. With only the company of my dog, this was the perfect place to accomplish my goals. The kitchen was well stocked so I could eat there with my own groceries. The management team’s communication prior to arrival made getting there easy. Their contact information and welcome were easy to see. And the management team were extremely warm and available should I have needed to solve an issue. There were no issues.

The views are spectacular, really love hanging out on the deck and taking it all in. The kitchen is large and well stocked. Roomy downstairs, comfortable sofa and large dining table. We enjoyed a fire and playing games we found in the house. Upstairs master bedroom is big and comfortable, 2nd bedroom is a little cramped but good if you have a few kids. We all loved the soaking tub. The beach is only a few steps away and Cape Mears is just a short drive up the coast. The small market up the street had fresh crabs and oysters. The property host was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Great Views on a Quiet Beach

The house was as advertised - Everything was comfortable and easy. The view is great and the sofa and bed are very comfortable. The balcony off the living room is wonderful for watching the waves and the activity below on the beach. Access to the beach is a bit steep, but only a short walk. It wouldn't be doable for some folks and wasn't doable for our older dog. But easy access to the beach is a very quick drive down the hill. The kitchen is well equipped but we were disappointed that the range exhaust fan didn't work and most of the pans were in poor shape, so we didn't end up cooking out of concern for odor and smoke. We had brought a bunch of groceries that we ended up just bringing home. Oh well - Schooners is a nice restaurant just up the road. Awesome place to enjoy Oregon shoreline!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved Oregon and this was the perfect location to stay at. The views from all sides were amazing. And a short jaunt down the street were delicious restaurants and the tide pools to view in the morning low tide! It was such a great time! Having Tillamook just a quick drive away was great we were over there every day! Only a little less than an hour from cannon beach and to the south was Depoe bay the whale watching capital!

Gorgeous View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were very happy with our stay. We received a text that our unit was available early, and even though we couldn't take advantage of the perk, it was still very appreciated. The parking lot is a little on the small side, so be aware that a huge SUV rental will make the situation challenging. Although spaces are marked, it seems like no one really cares where cars are parked. There are a total of seven spots and no street parking. When you walk inside, you will immediately be amazed with the view. It's just like the photo but even better in person. WE spent many evenings sitting on the back porch watching the sunset. There are two trails down to the beach from here: one located at the end of the rod, and one right off the condo's porch near some stairs. Nearby, there's a cute coffee shop and a smaller grocery store that can supplement anything you've forgotten from the larger stores in Tillamook. You can also walk to The Schooner restaurant along the beach, or along the main road to The Upstairs restaurant. The property itself was very clean, but some updating would be a good idea for the owners. Beds were not as comfortable as others in this area, pillows need to be replaced. A lot of little things were showing signs of wear and tear: blinds, knobs, etc. Nothing earthshattering but a quick trip from a handyman would make this unit sparkle like new. We've stayed in this area for many years, but this was the first time we were up on the cliff. I think the price is right for this rental since it is a staircase away from the beach. The property management at Shore Thing is terrific and responsive. We look forward to renting again from Shore Thing!

Stunning View of the Coast

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My mother and I stayed at Seas the Bay for 4 nights in mid July. It was our first trip to the Pacific Northeast, and we could not have enjoyed ourselves more. The accommodations were comfy, and the view of the bay is outstanding. The beach access is steep, of course, but my 81 year old mother made it back up the steps after a couple of stops to rest. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing, quaint beachside rental. Tillamook is a short drive away, and you can enjoy shops and restaurants if you are looking to venture away from the beautiful coast. There are numerous places to hike nearby, and Oceanside is only a few miles up the coast if you want a different beach experience. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.
