"Centrally located in Bastogne with free parking at the rear of the hotel. Staff at the hotel were excellent. The staff in the restaurant couldn't do enough for us - great service. Room was large and comfy. Overall, great place to stay and eat."

"I have had an excellent stay, too bad I did not stay long enough to enjoy confort and the amaizing buffet at Breakfast. Somebody is available to cook your fresh eggs the way you want! "The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister hotel. Both of our rooms were beautiful, well decorated, spacious and clean. I recommend these hotels. "

"Nice hotel, pool was OK but was a bit small and dark. Parking at the hitel car park (under the hotel) was so expensive, advise to park outside on the road after 6pm where it is free. Nice eating out places within walking distance. Friendly staff, very accommodating. Would stay again."

"A gorgeous hotel in the centre of a small town. It was initially difficult to find and locate the entrance to the underground car park but this turned out to be very convenient and totally safe. Check-in was easy but we were surprised that the best way to reach our room was by going out of the front of the hotel to re-enter by another door. This was not a problem and the lifts were good. The room was excellent, with a nice view of the town square. It was large with a king size bed, and a very nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was plentiful with a wide selection of hot and cold options. The spa was an added bonus. Overall, a superb hotel."
