"Awesome atelier-like apartment up under the roof in a quiet side street 100 m from the train station in Holstebro. It almost feels like Montmartre in Paris. Almost 😅. The apartment has been remodeled and modernized and is generally brand new. Really really nice and hyggelig. If Burj al Arab in Dubai can call itself a 7 star property- so can Modernized Bed & Bath in Holstebro. 😀 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me."

"A unique and very Scandinavian experience. I felt genuinely welcomed and even if only very briefly, a part of the community here. Cosy wooden cabins (hyttes) in the grounds of the local community hall, which seems to be a hub of this community. A lovely counter to big hotels and beautifully maintained and cared for. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are in the community hall, 50 metres away, so it’s more like glamping than an hotel stay, but if you don’t mind that it’s wonderful. A great budget option and a million times better than your typical ‘budget hotel’ chains, for less than half the price."
