"The property and location were great for ours needs. It met our expectations. My daughter and I stayed in the studio apartment, and we had friends staying in the 2 bedroom house on the property. I was disappointed that the backyard area was off limits to guests. The owner's family lived on the property and the yard was for their use. "Needed a quick get away and found this little gem! Spent most of our time outside on the patio with our pup. Home came equipped with all the necessities for river activities, we enjoyed the short tour to the river itself and neighboring channels. Walking distance to the upper deck was also great if you didnt want to kayak or paddle up.
