"We stayed at 31 for 4 nights. We were very pleased with the property it is very stylish and has everything you need they have thought of ever plus we were left a bottle of Prosecco and milk whuch was a nice suprise. The communication with the hosts was excellent before and during our stay. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and great that there is tvs in all rooms."

"Beds comfortable plenty of space and great location. Lovely Thai restaurant locally.Don’t forget to bring a cork screw or as we did ask a lovely neighbour. Hopefully heating is working for you. Do your homework before visiting as no welcome pack in the house that we could see"

"Absolutely loved staying at the Dairy Barn, it was so comfortable and Jayne our host had put a lot of time and care ensuring that there’s everything needed for a home from home feel. The Barn is in a great location in a very pleasant village, just a few miles from lots of attractions and heritage sites. The added bonus of an on-site tennis court was much appreciated. The position of the was peaceful in spite of a busy main road nearby. Great communication from the host. Only a short drive from beautiful Lincoln. Although we stayed in the grounds of the host’s home it still felt incredibly private.
