My only issue was with the burned out light bulbs in the room that were never checked and the person at the front desk who flatly refused to make a breakfast reservation for us. I have never, in over 1500 hotel stays around the world, been refused a breakfast reservation simply because someone did not want to accomodate my request. "The hotel and its location is nice but I found it ridiculous that as a customer you have to pay en expensive fee for parking in their own parking. This should be free as it is everywhere in Europe. Also we were told that charging our electric car would cost us 200RON which was almost half the price we paid for one night! This is extortion and you shouldn't treat your customers this way. We preferred to charge it elsewhere. "

"In this hotel, we stayed a dozen times since its opening. The hotel needs renovation and hygiene is not satisfactory. Old, defective TV, very poor wifi, odor in the rooms ... The beds are still comfortable and the linens are clean. Breakfast is satisfactory. We won't go back to this hotel unless something changes."
