The apartment is located on the first floor of the Miramar building and, with 52 m² of living space, offers plenty of room for a pleasant stay. Two rooms—including a separate bedroom and a cozy living room—ensure privacy and comfort. Thanks to its sleeping arrangements, the apartment is ideal for two people and offers a relaxing retreat, especially for couples and solo travelers.
A staircase in the living room leads to the open loft, which features a double bed (with a full-length topper, 180x200), a second TV, a large closet, a dresser, and a cozy couch area.

A special highlight is the impressive ocean view you can enjoy from the apartment. The large windows create a bright, welcoming atmosphere and make the Baltic Sea feel ever-present. The modern, open-concept kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped. It features a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and a coffee maker. The provided dishes and cutlery, a dining table, a vacuum cleaner, and other useful amenities underscore the thoughtful comfort of your vacation home.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and mirror.

Miramar Apartment Complex Right on the Beach: The well-maintained Miramar vacation resort in Niendorf offers apartments for 2–4 people with a terrace or balcony ranging in size from 36 to 45 m², located on a quiet private street with direct beach access.

Located on the Baltic Sea, you’ll find the large outdoor pool, which is open from May 15 through September 15.
There is also a small changing room here with a spin dryer for your swimwear.
From the pool and the terrace, you can enjoy the wonderful view across Lübeck Bay.

In the basement, you can play table tennis.

There is an outdoor parking area for your bicycles. Alternatively, there is a bike rental shop just a 5-minute walk away.
Of course, a parking space is also available for your car.

You can get fresh rolls within a 3–5-minute walk, as well as other shopping options and the town center.
The small but lovely seawater swimming pool is also located right next to the apartment complex.

A beautiful hike toward Travemünde along the Brodten cliffs—which remain virtually untouched—is well worth the effort in any season, offering sweeping views of Lübeck Bay.
From April through August, sand martins nest in the cliffs.
