"We booked lavender cottage for 2 nights whist visiting family. We are a family for 3 adults and 2 children. Communication with the owner was brilliant, he was very helpful. Cottage was lovely and clean. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Just a heads up if you have very young children or mobility issues, the stairs are quite steep. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be booking again sometime. Thanks for everything."

"Great base to explore the Peak District, Nice clean and well maintained property on a farm with a friendly peacock that comes to the back door each morning for breakfast. The farm owners gave us a warm welcome and some chocolate biscuits on arrival. We will definitely be booking again."

"The cottage was extremely well appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean with all amenities that we needed. It was very quiet at night, so we slept very well. The hosts also stopped by to welcome us and ask whether we had any questions or additional requirements. We felt very much at home and the eggs, milk and biscuits provided on our arrival were an added bonus."

"We enjoyed a comfortable stay here. The flat is well appointed and cosy. The bathroom is a real luxury too. Pre arrival info was poor and we had difficulty accessing the key safe but eventually worked it out. The lack of parking during office hours was frustrating but manageable. These two negatives shouldn’t put anyone off staying as it was a great location and really nice flat. "
