"We had a lovely stay at the hotel the staff are wonderful, the room was clean, and the amenities were great. There’s also a fantastic restaurant on the ground level, Oliver & Bonacini Grill, with delicious food. One small suggestion would be to improve the in-room coffee to make mornings even more comfortable for guests. Overall, a great experience—thank you!"

"The only thing is the Guest WiFi. “Unbearable” It is not a data speed issue. It is about the connection is being dropped systematically because our new ipad/iphones wifi has new security features on rotating MAC addresses, but the guest WiFi network cannot handle this. So it droppes your connection regularly, like every 15-25 min. Really annoying. "

"As soon as we walked through the doors we were hit by the smell of marihuana and even worse throughout the hallway to our room. I confirmed with the guy at the front desk that it was a smoke-free hotel and all he said is that he didn’t know what that was and did confirm that it was smoke-free. We had one bath towel and one to step out of the shower. Went to the front desk to get more but he didn’t have any face cloths. There is rust around the bathtub, a baseboard missing in the washroom, the plaster is peeling off the ceiling. The screws that hold the latch on the doors were all loose. All I can say that was good is that the beds were comfortable but I was also very tired after a long day of travelling. Will not be booking there again and will definitely not suggest this hotel to anyone. "
