"The staff went above and beyond to address any questions or concerns. The housekeeping staff ( particularly the young woman who worked the weekend of July 18/19) was extremely personable and helpful. She also conducted herself very professionally. The only suggestion I have is to get the door locks fixed/upgraded to prevent folks from being unable to enter their rooms as the cards frequently didn’t work."

"So I didn’t like the fact that there are no cups in the bathroom . I like a cup to brush my teeth and rinse my mouth, but apparently they do not put cups in the bathroom and when I asked, they said that we have to ask for a cup and at 9:30 in the morning I want to take a shower and there were no hot water and I turned on the faucet for about 15 minutes thinking it might just take a while for the water to get hot and never got hot.
