"Very clean, perfect location for our visit. The only complaint we had was lack of pots and pans for cooking. Osborne is a great small town but unfortunately not many restaurants or options to eat out. With very few pots and pans, it’s difficult to cook a meal. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay."

"There is no wifi or cell service at this place. We felt unsafe because the door could have easily been broken into. The museum across the street is very strange and unsettling. All 5 of my family members felt discernment not to stay the night. I contacted the host about it and she didn't get back to me for over 14 hours. There is only one place to eat in town and it was OK. This home and the weird museum are over 15 miles out of the way and very isolated. The beds looked fine but there is also no living space for 5 people to comfortably hang out together. If we had service or wifi or a secure door we may have stayed. The combination of feeling unsafe and the unsettling statues across the street were enough for us to move along. "

Classy country refuge from urbanity, short drive to the Waconda Lake

Perfect spot for family time

"The house has plenty of space for my children, parents, and my aunt to have privacy and spend time together in the common areas. The yard and back patio were very nice too. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry facilities were a nice extra. Very clean and plenty of clean linens."

"The room was very clean and appeared like it had been renovated recently. There was plenty of space and our bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. There were several light fixtures that were out or flickering and needed changed. We would stay here again."
