Small workshop/training

We held a one-week training and all service and facilities were excellent. Lunches and coffee breaks were prompt and tasty.

6/10 Okay

It’s ok, nothing to write home about. Small bathroom, decent living area but not a place I will frequent again.

The staff was lovely, they were always available to help. I liked the inclusive breakfast option. Not the best food in the world but for Albania, it is good. Our shower door didn’t close all the way and caused water to splash out of the shower frame and we would have to soak it up with a towel each shower. Overall good stay.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
I would not stay at this hotel. I was double charged and they lied to my travelocity about a refund that didn't occur. This hotel will take your money. Stay away! Also, this hotel has seasonal air condition, so if you go during the winter and they have a heat wave, you will sweat since they don't have air condition on during this season. Be aware if you stay at this place make sure they charge you correctly or you will never see your money returned.

Probably the best customer service I've experienced of any hotel I've stayed in. Very kind staff, lovely breakfast and a very comfortable room, not to mention great value for money. Genuinely taken aback at the hospitality. I'm sending my parents to Tirana hopefully next month, I'm glad to have found this gem of a hotel, that I can trust to look after them.

Bra hotell nära centrum

Hotellet kan rekommenderas men var observant på att hotellet har flyttat men det vet inte taxichaufförerna (2 st har nu kört oss till fel ställe)!

I think better is available

Stained carpets, quite bare room but I guess functional. I certainly wouldn't want to spend more than one night there

Content de mon séjour

Globalement satisfait. Parking gratuit et disponible sans réservation. Chauffage via climatisation fonctionnelle. Service de massage très appréciable. Bon style de l'hôtel de part son nom aussi ;) - Petit bémol: plus de gaz pour me cuire un oeuf le premier matin...
