"Great and spacious property in good neighborhood, close proximity to important areas in the city, such as Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, Gran Vía, etc. There are many places for eating and drinking in the area. We had a situation with the AC that stopped working the second night, called management after hours and someone came to the place 10 min later and fixed the problem right away. "Appartamento molto basico, poco curato, il prezzo pagato troppo alto per quanto ricevuto. Nessun tavolo nè sedie, mancava la biancheria da cucina, per 9 giorni solo due asciugamani da bagno, la doccia aveva le porte pericolanti e non c'era un piano di appoggio. Unica cosa molto vicino a plaza Espana e alla metro. Avrei le fotografie ma non è possibile allegarle."

"The apartment was on the top floor of a beautiful building. The apartment was perfect for our needs and as described. It was small but we only really slept and ate breakfast there as we were out a lot. Would stay there again. It was in a great location too for easy access to bars and restaurants and all the sights to see."

"Great Central location near restaurants and sites. Currently there is construction in front of the property. There are still restaurants that open up around it but it's not as pleasant aesthetically. The location had everything offered in the property details, kitchen offers, pads and utensils and plates for eating. Grocery store nearby, close to Great cafes and restaurants. Only drawback is that there is no natural light in the bedrooms. But the apartment was furnished nicely."

"The apartment is in a good area for accessing transit, restaurants, and sites. The neighborhood is good. Metro stations are close and it takes just a few minutes to get to tourist sites like the Sol plaza and the Royal Palace but is far enough away to get away from to tourist crowds. Using transit to and from the airport is easy and cheap as well. The condition of the apartment is a little rough but not bad. Cleanliness could be a little better. "Convenient to major locations"

"We were 5 adults and 3 children staying here for 3 nights in early April. We loved that it was steps to the Bilbao metro station and from bus lines going to the major museums. The neighborhood has more of a local vs tourist feel and that was special. Management was very accommodating to our need for more towels and an extra pillow. Comfy beds, loved the individual bedroom a/c units. We will return, and we are also sharing this location with our friends as a recommendation."
