Location is fantastic. Cleanliness and upkeep left something to be desired. Mattress was dated and sloping in the middle which made a good nights sleep challenging. Would not stay again.

I very rarely leave reviews, but this place was so disappointing I felt I needed to. Didnā€™t get my checkin email, had to ring the morning I was due to checkin chasing it. Lift didnā€™t work. Room floor was dusty & obviously hadnā€™t been cleaned properly. Shower room was far too small, hardly any room between wall & toilet to be able to access it comfortably. Blinds didnā€™t keep out light & corridor light streamed in from around the door as it didnā€™t fit snuggly into the door jam.
