"The check in was extremely nice where the manager was also there. I had a nice small chat with her. She and her staff gave me a warm check in. I went to the room and it was tidy and beautiful. I immediately got about to work and then went down to eat. The food buffet was great. I really liked their biriyani, prawns and Chinese fares. Went up. Slept like a baby. In the morning I had an emergency which the front desk officer, Merly and her assistant helped me instantly. I love coming to Chennai but I will always come back to Welcomhotel for their hospitality from next time."

"I'm very satisfied staying in this hotel, We received excellent customer service from front security staff, front desk, housekeeping and dining staff. Especially the kitchen crew I forgt his name but he's really nice he made us delicious cold coffee he works in the breakfast buffet. Staff in India are very nice its our first time visiting here.❤️❤️❤️"

"Excellent overall. Excellent breakfast and overall service. Only concern was high charges for dinner buffet and ala carte. But otherwise no complaints. Very near to US embassy and biometric center. Staff very courteous. Allowed us to keep bags after checkout time till evening. Allowed to use restrooms after that. Quick response to service calls for water or electric iron. Highly recommend to others. Bit pricey but worth it. "
