"I stayed in a double queen room. It was very clean and beds were comfortable. Full size refrigerator with stove and microwave was very convenient. I would have left a 5 star review if there wasn't two issues I had. There is nonbreakfasr as advertised! Only coffee. I was disappointed by this. That was one of the reason qhybwe selwcted the property. Also, there's a $100 incidental fee that is collected upon arrival. It's not mention on Hotel's website nor is it properly documented what the fee amount is on the company checkin paperwork. I was not happy about this at all. I informed the clerk that's miss leading. I only have her verbally giving an amount and was told it would release at checkout. I asked for a receipt for proof of payment, and was told there was no receipt that shows the payment for the fee. I was given a receipt that showed the charge of rhw room. This felt sketchy and made me very uncomfortable. If it wasn't late and we had more time. I would have canceled my stay. I asked for the manager and was told no one was available and that many customers complain about this situation. "

"Clean room, had to go get extra pillows and batteries for remote. One of the lights quit working.. The breakfast was just sweets no eggs or waffles. I guess you get what you pay for. "
