Wren Isle: Real Florida Riverfront, Rocket Launches & Dolphins at the Dock

This place has a personality. It's a big, lived-in riverfront home on the Indian River with a private pool, a dock that sits closer to NASA's launchpad than any other on the street, dolphins that swim by like they own the place, and enough space to fit your whole crew comfortably. Six bedrooms, five and a half baths, river views from the living room, and a backyard made for doing absolutely nothing, or watching a rocket light up the sky.

If you need everything to be perfect, this probably isn't your place. If you'd rather have a porch, a river, and a rocket launch, you're going to love it here.

This is your kind of place if:
You want to wake up, make coffee, and watch pelicans on the water. You want to catch a launch from your own dock, or spot dolphins swimming by on a Tuesday afternoon for no reason at all. You want Disney or the beach as an option, not a requirement (both are under an hour out). You want a real Florida home, not a hotel with a kitchen. Wren Isle isn't a resort. It's a home with river water in its soul, a front-row seat to space history, and more room than most families know what to do with. If that's your vibe, we'd love to have you.

The home:
This home has been loved by hundreds of families over the years. It shows a little of that history, and we think that's part of its charm. We take care of this place ourselves and we're always working on it. It's not a flipped-and-staged rental, it's a real home that real people have made memories in.

Downstairs you'll find the main king suite with an ensuite walk-in shower, an octagon-shaped queen room with nearby bath access, plus the living room, dining areas, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Upstairs there are two queen suites, each with private bathroom access, a second king suite, and the Petite Bedroom, a cozy full-bed room connected through the Second Queen Suite, great for a traveling companion who just needs their own spot. Every bathroom has its own name and a little character to go with it. The full bathroom breakdown is in our house guide so nobody's caught off guard by the layout.
Multiple living and dining areas mean your group isn't all stacked in one room.
Outdoor access:

Full use of the pool, dock, and all outdoor areas. The dock is perfect for fishing, sitting, launch-watching, or waiting to see what swims by. Shallow water means it's not suitable for boat storage, but there's a boat ramp less than five minutes away.

A few honest notes:
The base rate covers up to 6 guests. Additional guests are $25/night each, up to 11 total.

Pool heating is available for an extra fee but is weather-dependent and not guaranteed, especially in cooler months.

The owner lives on-site in a separate apartment with its own private entrance.
Garages and the space above them are not guest-accessible.

Titusville isn't Destin. It's a real Florida town with a gas station diner and a front-row seat to the space program, and we think that's way more interesting.
