"Great check in process, size of cottage and availability of hosts! Excellent location as we were close to both downtown and the beach. The cottage was clean, bright and had all the amenities one could need. We hope to return next year!"

"We had a fabulous stay at this cottage! The walk to the beach was a perfect short distance and the neighbourhood is lovely. Our hosts were very helpful and gracious, and we would definitely recommend a stay at Southampton Soleil."

"Had a great stay at Clemons cottage, property was exactly what we were looking for. Very quiet neighbourhood and communication with the host was excellent. Will definitely be back next year "

"Great place to stay Had everything we needed and host was responsive on any questions Will be back with our group of 8"

"The place is really nice, great for large family gatherings, great location and nice layout. The communication with the property manager was challenging. From check-in that was clunky and after checkout they waited two weeks to return my deposit saying there was damage but not communicating what was damaged. Ultimately my the deposit was return, because there was no damage. I would encourage folks to take pictures upon leaving to ensure no damage is reported that was not your responsibility."
