"Mom B&B is a hidden GEM within a short walk of everything in Tivoli We highly recommend staying here. Quiet and friendly. ….And the Restaurant was a dining experience that will leave you breathless"

"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. The room had aircon, heating, coffeemaker & kettle, fridge and the bathroom offered bathroom amenities plus bandaids and a hairdryer. Giovanni, the owner, was super...

"Great location"

"This place is amazing!!! Great location "

"Location was great as we came from termini and could just walk the Inn from our train station. Small but convenient room and felt safe in the neighborhood."

"Location is OK."

"Wonderful location, excellent room, great staff, and safe environment."

"Small boutique hotel in the city center. Location can't be beat, and the proprietor was very knowledgable about attractions, dining options, and entertainment. AC worked like a champ -- very important in Rome, in summer! Note: this is a first floor walk-up with no elevator, so bear that in mind if going up a winding flight of stairs, with your luggage, would be challenging for you."

"Good location"

"Great space for a short stay! Very nice staff and easy access."

"The staff were extremely friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a view of the Spanish Steps. The staff held our luggage after checkout so we could tour some more. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great location."

"This was a great place to stay. Rooms were nice and it’s within walking distance of good shops and restaurants. Clean and overall very nice. Would recommend to anyone staying in Rome."

"Location was great"

"The room was nice, and the location was pretty good. The staff also allowed us to store our bags since our flight wasn’t leaving until late afternoon, which was very helpful. However, keep in mind that you have to pay a €24 city tax separately. Overall, we had a good stay."

"Travelled as a mom and 17 old daughter, the location was amazing! The room was cute very spacious with high ceilings, it had a large window you could open plus A/C . Stefano was very helpful! It has a very small elevator but it was enough for us, just be mindful!"
