"I booked through Hotels.com, when I arrived there was no record of my booking. Eventually I was given a room. The room was cold and i was offered a fan heater. There was no hot water. The restaurant was closing early, and the menu was very limited with lots of items not available. I was booked in for a 4-night stay but i only lasted 1 night. I will not use this hotel again and do not recommend anyone staying there."

"Shower had was broken,phone in room dont work.i call recaption from my phone,they answer the phone and didnt talk....staff unfriendly,rude.breakfast from 7 till 9.we came at 08:50.dining room was empty ! They took everything !!! Nuthing was there ,when we ask why ? They smile..."

"Having spent an entirely delightful evening with the owner of the house, including all of us sharing scrambled eggs at around 1am, we are more than happy to recommend this wonderful guest house to anybody looking to stay in the area. A lovely time was had by all and we absolutely intend to stay there again as soon as possible."

"The location is great, right by old town/stare miasto. The apartment is on the ground floor, and I don't think the listing mentions this important fact. You can't open the curtains without seeing people walking by on the street right at your eye level. The listing promised free WiFi, but the host did not provide the network name and password and did not respond to messages except AFTER I checked out and that was after I had to contact VRBO. Also, shower did not drain well, and only one partial...

"This hotel kicks WAY above its price level: the place looks and feels like a luxury hotel. Service is prompt and professional, the rooms are comfortable, well designed and the beds comfy, and the place has a very good restaurants that serves a VERY rich breakfast in the morning and then excellent meals for lunch and dinner. "
