The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The area was safe, easy to find and located close to downtown. The rooms were large and very clean. The bed were comfortable. There was plenty of towels, linen, and pillows. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Also the WiFi worked very well. I had a great stay.

Country “Covid” Hearth In & Suites in Toccoa

In the middle of a COVID outbreak I never saw a single member of the staff wearing a mask. I questioned the mask less man checking me in & he said the staff were helping people. Isn’t that when you SHOULD be wearing a mask? There was no countertop in the bathroom or even a telephone in the room. No coffee pot in the room either so there was no way I was going to get anything from the public buffett. I was unable to adjust the room temp 66 degrees so I had to sleep fully clothed to stay warm. I paid $100 for the worst hotel experience of my life. Fortunately for me I brought a can of Lysol spray so I sprayed everything in the room before using it, but I cannot be 100% certain I was not infected due to the slack performance of your staff. When I checked out I saw a sign that all guests would be tested for fever. What a joke! I dare you to print this review
