"I had a very pleasant stay at the Executive Hotel in Panama City this past weekend. The location is truly one of its strongest assets, situated in the Obarrio area, you are surrounded by countless restaurants, bars, and things to do, all within walking distance or a fairly short Uber ride. If you want to explore further, for example, Casco Viejo is just a quick 15-minute Uber ride away. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate during my stay, so I wasn’t able to enjoy the pool. However, the breakfast more than made up for it, with fresh fruit, a variety of options, and a well-organized setup that made mornings easy and enjoyable. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently attentive, polite, and professional, which always makes a difference. The overall feel of the hotel reminded me of the efficient, well-run three-star hotels you often find throughout Europe, nothing overly luxurious, but clean, comfortable, and exactly what you need for a restful stay. If you’re looking for a centrally located, reliable place to stay in Panama City where you can get a great night’s sleep and be close to everything, this hotel is a solid choice."

"Great service all around. Issue with room was resolved quickly. Breakfast was great with variety, abundance, taste, presentation and personalized service (thanks Stevenson). Bar and dining on site. Parking available. Location is ideal to venture near or far."

"Staff was friendly, but took their time to solve issues. There was air conditioning in the room, but doesn't get cold. It was just a fan. I complained because I woke up sweating. I had to wait another night before they transferred me to another room because “the rooms they had available were double.” Next day, they transferred me to another hospital room without letting me know and they moved my stuff without asking me or me being there. When I got to the hotel all my stuff was in another room. I had to let the reception know that I was missing my personal wash rag. When they took me to find it, it was mixed with their dirty sheets (the hotel doesn’t offer bath rags). Back to the room, the air conditioning was not turn on. When I turned it on, it was the same or worst than the first room. I didn’t want to argue with them because they didn’t care. I was here visiting a family member who was sick. I didn’t have the energy. On my last night, I got there late after a beach trip. When I got there all my stuff was removed from my room. When I go to the reception, she tells me that my reservation was until that date and I was supposed to leave in the morning. I made a mistake and with the dates of my reservation. No one called me or tried to get in contact with me they just took my things out. I was fed up with these people. I didn’t argue. I just left. When I got home, I new Victoria secret bra (used it twice) was gone. Parking was horrible too. I had a horrible experience."
