"Fantastic hotel all round. Really welcoming and friendly staff at all times.
The rooms are great size and very clean and housekeeping were prompt and effective every morning. The shower deserves a massive shout out for being so good.

Only negative is that there isn't very much in the area after 6pm no shops or anything and it can be quite long to get into the city centre. "

They even came for housekeeping, which I did not expect for a 2-night stay. My only “complaint” was the size of the room. Check in was very slow as there was only 1 person checking people in, which for a large hotel with a big event going on while we were there, isn't very good.
