"We had a great waiter by the name of Kyle who looked after us in the bar on our first night there. We had to leave earlier than planned and Kyle was the desk person that morning. When I explained we had a family emergency and had to leave, he was very sympathetic and said he would speak to his manager and see if they could give us any kind of refund. We still had two more nights booked. They were kind enough to deduct one night. Thank you. Kyle is exceptional regarding his customer service. He was a delight to to deal with. Very upbeat and positive. Other staff we dealt with were also great. Great location for the hotel. Rooms were good. Would totally recommend this hotel."

"Location made it easy to walk everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Being at the marina was neat. Went on a whale watching tour right from the marina. Alex the captain did a great job on a windy, high wave excursion. Used the free access to the workout gym and free laundry facilities. Would stay there again."

"A quiet place to relax - minutes away from the harbour and all the activities. Reception staff were extremely helpful. There is no restaurant within the facility, but there are numerous options within a few minutes of walking distance. The view of the ocean from the room and balcony was spectacular. All the famous beaches are some 10-15 minutes drive away. Also Ucluelet and the Wild Pacific trail is about 30 minutes drive from this property."

"We had such an amazing stay at Fred Tibbs #10 - Ocean View, Pet Friendly! From the moment we arrived, everything felt so cozy, relaxing, and welcoming. The ocean view was absolutely beautiful and made every morning feel extra special. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and somehow the pillows were even better we slept so well every single night. We already can’t wait to come back and would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable getaway with stunning views!"
