"スタッフの接客は全員最高。チェックアウトが11時なのに朝風呂が9時退出なのが残念。 和室のサッシ際は隙間風が冷たくて困った。 エアコンの室外機が詰まっていてエアコンの効きが悪い。イルミネーションの半分ほどはホテルから観られるので、宿泊者の入場料は少しは割り引いて欲しい。"
