"Staff were excellent. My son became very ill and we needed to extend our stay and the staff had us set up promptly. Wifi was intermittent and it would be nice to have 1 English Channel (my son was pretty sick) but otherwise I have zero complaints about this hotel. "

If you come from Sannomiya Train station, there is free shuttle bus service that this hotel offers with another stop by different luxurious hotel establishment.
