"The building was amazingly beautiful. The staff was kind and supportive. The breakfast was great. I just wanted to open earlier such 6 am instead of 7 am."
"It’s about 7 minutes walk to Shin-Osaka Station via skywalk through a commercial building, which you can access after a minute walk outside. It’s like any other JR VIA hotels, so nothing fancy but everything is clean, at least in my opinion. I did not have much interaction with staff so can’t say they were good or bad. Overall, recommended. "
