"Kawagoe Tobu Hotel: great location, new and comfortable The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the station (mostly covered as well). The facilities are new, the staff were friendly, and our room was clean and well kept. One tip: check-in and lobby are on the 7th floor, and getting there from the station means taking a lift from the 2nd floor. It's a little confusing the first time, so follow the signs and allow a few extra minutes. After that, everything was smooth. Would stay again and recommend it for anyone exploring Kawaegoe."

"The place and location is beautiful. Rooms were big and amenities were accessible. FYI this place caters for locals and if you’re looking for adventurers, food sampling and authenticity this is the place for you. No Western or American breakfast here but I can promise you this… all thru the 3 nights we stayed here Breakfast and Dinner was awesome , delicious and we really enjoyed the food and the service as well. We lived in Japan several years ago and coming back to explore the area close to where we used to live but missed due to our busy schedules is a blessing. And I asked myself? How in the world did we miss this area to explore when our knees were still stronger. There is so much to enjoy here, from this Hotel to the neighboring area. Walk and enjoy the neighborhood, parks and how the local live with lots of scenery and very quiet safe neighborhood. Trains and local transports are available. A must stay hotel and location for peaceful stay and comfortable hotel stay."
