"Clean room, plenty of amenities and a great location."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn. The staff were very pleasant. Very clean throughout. There are good laundry facilities, however, we were visiting family so it wasn't needed. The Ome line was nearby so it made travelling easy. It is conveniently located near shops, shopping centre and well known fast food outlets. My only suggestion would be that perhaps cereal could be offered on the breakfast menu. The food was lovely but not something we were able to eat as a breakfast. I appreciate this is just a difference in cultures and we did buy cereal & milk which we kept in our room. If you're lucky enough to get room 1402 you will have the most breath taking view of Mt Fuji! I would highly recommend this hotel and will use again on future trips. "

"The room is clean, well design and big compared to Japanese standard room. Like the toilet separate from shower room. Staff are courteous and attentive. Easy check in and check out through their booths."

"Nice location when sightseeing in the area. The AC did not work and would only output heat for all of the heating, cooling, and fan-only options. We struggled to open a window to get the temperature down. We messed up when booking a room and ended up with a room that didn't have a shower/bath."

"Nice clean room. Good air filters and air conditioning. Polite staff. Located right by the train station, so easy to get to. Did not hear outside sounds in the room. Would stay here again if in the area. "
