"Room was nice and clean. Shower hot water supply was not that great. Heat pump on 30 didnt heat the unit sufficiently. No extra heaters in the rooms so we bought our own to heat the our bedroom. Outdoor pool wasn't very warm. Private spa was only just warm considering we ran only hot water to fill tub. Tub was grubby, could feel the uncleanliness on the sides. Good location, nice staff, nice facilities, just a couple of things let it down a bit."

"One of the most wonderful stays we’ve had in our travels! If there is a better view to be found, I haven’t seen it. We stayed for two nights and found this to be perfectly situated away from the bustle of Rotorua, but still close enough to go into town for some excellent food and entertainment. 10 out of 10!"

"The house was in a beautiful location. It is easy to get to the city and attractions very easily. The kitchen was nice but it was missing several important items: No hot pads, No bake ware that can go in the oven. Not enough dished for more than two people. "

"Great location, walking distance to Ngnongotaha shops and the lake, 12 mins drive from Rotorua central - pet and family friendly, well appointed - all new, functional kitchen implements for example, which is just fantastic. Arriving and knowing the pans will work and not smoke out the house was wonderful. Fully fenced back garden if you bring a dog. So immaculately clean that I tried to put the lettuce through the fridge shelf into the vege bin! Warm, dry and really friendly host with super fast...
