"There was a hair in my kettle and took them 2 hours to come up to fix my tv so I said forget it. But for the price you get really good amenities and a comfy bed with great water pressure."

We booked a Familia Suite B at considerable expense to discover that it was not a true suite at all; it was just one larger room with a kitchen area. It was disappointing. When we went to use them it turned out there was a 1000 yen per person charge to sit up there. We felt duped."

"I usually enjoy staying at APA hotels because they’re reliable and consistent, but this particular location was a disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the noise. The walls and doors didn’t seem to block sound well at all—you could clearly hear footsteps and movement from the hallway, even late at night. It got to the point where it was difficult to get proper sleep, which really affected my overall stay. The staff were okay—nothing exceptional, but no major issues either. The location was also not the most convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station, which added a bit of inconvenience to daily travel. I had originally booked for 7 nights, but due to the constant noise and lack of comfort, I decided to cancel the remaining 5 nights and move to a different hotel. Unfortunately, this stay didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from APA."
