快適な滞在でした

駅から近くて部屋も4人家族で泊まっても快適な広さでした。キッチンも使い易く滞在中は自炊出来来ました。2週間の滞在でしたがゴミの回収や備品の補充も迅速に対応して頂きました。また日本へ滞在する時には是非また泊まろうと思います。 チェックインが無人の為、家を見つけるけてドアを開けるのに少々戸惑いました。到着が夜だったので玄関の表札が見えづらく電気が付いていたら有り難かったです。

部屋が清潔に保たれており、設備も綺麗で大変過ごしやすかったです。 また、立地も駅や幹線道路から近くアクセスもよい割に周囲は静かで、騒音も気になりませんでした。

2歳と3歳のこどもと3人で利用しました。こども用品も充実していて、心地よく滞在ができました。 土間のようなダイニングキッチンはすこし不安がありましたが、こどもも問題なく食事ができました。 上階の足音が聞こえましたが、最低限でしたので気になりませんでした。 こどもたちの声が迷惑でなかったか心配ですが、また機会があれば利用したいです！

My family enjoy the 5 days stay during the winter period. The house is new, clean and comfortable. Air conditioning system work really well, which is extremely useful on the cold days. There is a convenient store (Lawson) just round the corner. For Persona 5 fans, you will love the subway station!

정말 정말 만족스러웠습니다.

호텔보다는 에어비앤비 느낌의 가정집처럼 되어있어 처음에 찾을때 조금 애를 먹었지만 그외에는 모든 점이 좋습니다. 역도 가깝구요. 추천합니다.

とても満足のいくお宿で,快適に使わせていただきました。三軒茶屋駅から徒歩数分で,すぐ近くにローソンと24hrすき家があり,とても便利な立地でした。施設はとても清潔に掃除がされていて,都内にしては贅沢な広さだと思います。必要なものも全て常備されていました。管理会社のコミュニケーションもバッチリでしたので,安心して利用できました。

とても良いです！！

場所は三軒茶屋の駅から近く、周りにはお店もあるので便利でした。また大きい道路から二本くらい中に入っているので、静かで良かったです。 でも、時計がないのとティッシュがなかったのが不便でした。あと、布団にかけるシーツに髪の毛が何本か付いていたのも残念でした。またしょうがないと思いますが、布団や枕は少し加齢臭的な臭いがしました。 でも、総合的にはとても良くて落ち着ける宿だったので、是非また利用したいです。

Brand new and clean apartment near Shibuya

This new apartment is nicely renovated with Japanese futon bed. The layout is very functional and we have sufficient space for 5 adults and 4 suitecase. Location wise it is 2 stop away from Shibuya. There are many restaurants, shops, convenience store and a 24 hour Don Quijote store near the apartment. We do enjoy our 3 night stay.

Great property in a great area!

I really enjoyed my stay at this acommodation. The location is great, easy to locate, only 3 minutes walking from Sangenjaya Station (1 stop after Shibuya Station). The room was decent, very clean and comfortable. The host provided us with free wifi and plenty of other useful things. I will totally stay at this acommodation again if I have a chance to visit Tokyo in the future!

Very comfortable

Complete utilities, close to covenient stores and restaurants, and train stations as well. Suggestion: Please have the name "Coto Tokyo Shibuya" outside or at he door where guests can see it and locate it easily. We arrive late night, and we struggle looking for the place. The address number was so small and not quite visible. Good thing, someone local saw us looking lost in the middle of the street middle of the night and helped us find the place. Even she had difficulty locating the place. Other than this concern, our stay was overall fantastic!
