We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, very clean, and easy to locate. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a great view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Housekeeping did an excellent job and ensured everything was perfectly maintained throughout our visit. We traveled during very cold weather, and walking into the warm, cozy lobby was such a welcoming and comforting experience. We had no issues at all during our stay, and everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Very spacious rooms and the view was incredible. We loved our stay as what you expect from Hilton Hotels. Staff were very polite and very helpful when we asked questions related to transportation in tokyo. The hotel has a train station 1 minute walk and we literally had so much easy experience with transit (they provided us with a map with all the train lines and where they go). Definitely recommend the place for relaxing time while enjoying Tokyo city.

Most of the staff was friendly. Some laughed at me in the elevator, not sure why. Hotel was doing construction on the second floor, as a result the amenities were less than great. Couldn’t find the pool and spa without wandering around. View was amazing from the area, room view was bland. Overall not worth the price.

The room was very clean and the mattress is so comfortable. We love the view so much and kept the curtains open most of the time. Breakfast buffet was decent, nothing to rave about but it had most of the usual fanfare. My only gripe was that my booking came with early check-in and priced slightly higher because of that, but the room was not ready when we were checking in and had to wait till the usual 3pm for check-in.
