Very clean and easy to get to. Staff was welcoming and efficient. Breakfast was very basic but good. Room was comfort able for 1 and had everything I needed.

We like the washer in room , but it took forever to dry our clothes and there was an odor to the washer. Which clothes did not smell clean Thought it was closer to Disneyland. But over all good

The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. The room was always very well cleaned and we had no problems with the amenities. There’s casual eateries nearby and the subway station (Nishikasai) is very close by and convenient. The only downside is sometimes the wifi can be a bit spotty but other than that I highly recommend!

Overall not bad. Room is a little small. I got semi double which is no different from single. Breakfast was basic but its free with room. Close to nishi kasai station. Bus to and from disney resort is available. Express bus to and from airport is available (contact hotel for details)

The staff were accommodating with my needs for the post office and mailing a letter. It was nice to come back to a room that was freshly made up. I didn’t have any problems with the staff, they were friendly and helpful whenever I asked for help. I did notice that the furniture looks used and worn in, but there’s nothing wrong with that. I only wish that the hallway to my room was heated and indoor.

Einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt, Tokyo Metro Station war zufuss in nur 5 min erreichbar und man kam überall hin. Auch das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und wirklich wunderbar sauber ! Ich bin ein pingeliger Mensch & wenn ich das Schon sage heißt das was! Einfach zu empfehlen! Frühstück war auch in Ordnung, leider nicht sehr viel Auswahl, aber man kam satt raus 😉 definitiv super glücklich!!!
