Great hotel. Needed a place close to Tokyo Station just for one night before hopping on the Shinkansen. We had just come off a 10 hour flight and it was the perfect stay. I wish we had more days there! Strongly recommend.

For a calm stay in Tokyo⛩️

The hotel is near Tokyo station and Kyobashi metro st. That offered a lot of transport opportunities to visit Shibuya, Kinjuku as well as getting to Kyoto with the Shinkansen. We did not try the hotel restaurant as we preferred the multiple options offered in Shibuya and other places. The Hotel is in Chuo a business area so it is a calm area. There is a Lawson and 7/11 around the corner.

The standard rooms were small but sufficient. The staff was helpful with every request. The top floor lobby and bar are nice. Walking distance to/from Tokyo Station, Ginza district, and Ginza subway line is a big plus.

Yae no midori is a beautiful, modern quiet hotel with lovely rooms and staff. The entrance is a bit tricky to find but it adds to the allure and the esoteric appeal. The only downside was the hotel restaurant was closed the two days during our stay. Would stay again.

First time to Tokyo and glad to choose this hotel. Walkable from Tokyo Station. There are 7-11, Lawson, Matsumoto Kiyoshi nearby. These are the stores that essential for your trip to Tokyo. Yes, I would choose to stay at this hotel again if I have a chance to visit Tokyo again.

Overall an average stay. When we first arrived to our room (12th floor) there was a strong body odour smell. We went to reception and they came down and offered us a new room. This was better until a few hours later the smell was very prominent in our new room. We asked staff again and they offered us several rooms along the floor but they were all the same with a strong odour. We figured that the issue must be the a/c however even when it was turned off because there was still some airflow we couldn’t avoid the smell. We eventually just learnt to live with it for our stay but every time we returned to the room it was strong. The room was good, reasonable size and we had a nice view of the skyline. Staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. The area is quite business heavy, it was a 15 min walk from Tokyo station and easy to get back to Narita airport at the end of our stay. Only other slight annoyance is the lifts. When you return to the hotel you need to use one set to go to reception then another to go to your room. Was quite slow at time.

Convenient location, close to a few subway stations as well as walkable to Tokyo station. Staff is super helpful as they were able to help me fill out the form to transport my luggage to my next hotel. The only minor inconvenience is the elevator system, but you get used to it quickly. Room and full size bathtub were also great.

Good Tokyo location.

Reception is on 14 th floor, guest rooms below. Good breakfast restaurant o n first floor. Rooms are small, but it is Japan! 3 blocks to Tokyo central station…easy. Walk or city bus . 1 block to subway.
