Absolutely loved staying here and would definitely be back! The staff were lovely and were super helpful and professional. The room was impeccably clean, and despite being the typical Japan small size, was perfect for a single traveler. There is complimentary breakfast served and it was good! Please note, this is a no-frills hotel. But it excels at everything they offer for their category. Expect the basics in the room, a mini fridge, hair dryer, a desk and a bed and a full Japanese smart toilet. Next time I come back to Tokyo, I will definitely be back! :)

Overall, a decent place if you're willing to trade comfort & convenience for a stay on a budget. This hotel has the basic amenities, is clean, and has good service; but, in my opinion, is not intended for tourists who might want a more welcoming atmosphere.

Decent room and nice buffet breakfast. Crowded, busy. Cleaning staff are very nice, breakfast staff also. Front desk staff is less friendly. Breakfast is less busy before 7, a zoo after 8. Beds and bathrooms are good. I found the one pillow did not offer enough support, when I called the front desk to ask for another pillow they said they could not help me., APA is much better in this regard with multiple pillows.
