This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and cannabis, indoors and outdoors, on decks, porches, and in the yard.

NO PARTIES
No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind without written approval in advance. This includes celebrations, receptions, reunions, and commercial or promotional use of the property.

NO PETS
No animals of any kind, with the exception of documented service animals as required by law.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 7 GUESTS
No more than 7 people may stay overnight. The number of guests on the reservation must match the number of people staying. Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM TO 8:00 AM
Keep noise to a level that cannot be heard from neighboring properties. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood.

VISITORS
Daytime visitors are welcome. No more than 10 people total may be on the property at any time, and all visitors must leave by 10:00 PM.

PAYMENT
Full payment is due 7 days before check-in.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A refundable damage deposit of $250 is automatically charged on the day of check-in and returned after checkout, less the cost of any damage, excessive cleaning, or rule violations.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
