Room was spacious and clean. But a couple of things were lacking, for a room that can sleep up to 6 guests, there were only enough towels for 3 guests and the room has a sofa bed but there wasn't sheets and pillows for it. Staff was helpful and gave us everything we needed when we asked. Breakfast the next day was good but nothing special. Our main problem was how thin the walls and ceilings are in this place. There were rowdy guests living above us that stayed up partying past 2am, pulling chairs around and just being loud. We had to complain to the staff twice before they would quiet down. Again the staff was helpful but sound proofing in this place is not the best.

Booked 2 nights to visit family in Toledo. Appreciated the front desk staff being friendly and kind. Unfortunately, the suite we stayed had dysfunctional bathroom faucet, installed in such a way that it's not usable, as the mirror blocks the faucet from opening. The couch in the living room was very old. Outdated decor. Canceled the 2nd night and went somewhere else.

Jessica was so nice durring the ice storm. She offered help in the morning when if I leave when she gets off work to take my niece to her doctor appointment. Check in staff were very friendly and I felt right at home and safe.

The staff was extremely pleasant. The ladies at the front desk were attentive and kind. Kelly and Silk were two of the best customer host I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Incredibly welcoming hotel

The staff were so amazing and supportive, despite being sold out due to the eclipse. I was especially appreciative of them putting out the patio furniture for viewing even though it wasn't officially open yet. Rooms were lovely, and the pool was the perfect temperature. We will definitely come back!
