"Our family of four had an incredible stay! This home perfectly balances high-end updates with a cozy, intimate "beach house" soul.The Interior:The shiplap entryway sets a beautiful coastal tone. The huge, updated kitchen is a showstopper—the finishes are so stunning I took photos for design inspiration! It flows seamlessly into the central den, making it incredibly "gathering-friendly." Whether we were by the fireplace on a cool night or lounging in the spacious Primary Suite (complete with a massive bed, "His and Hers" closets, and a spa-like rainfall shower/soaking tub), we felt totally at home.The Backyard:The transition to the pool area is effortless. It’s an entertainer’s paradise featuring an outdoor kitchen (grill/fridge/sink) and a magical nighttime vibe thanks to perfect accent lighting. We loved the hot tub, the gas fire pit, and the fun additions like the miniature putting green, cornhole, and bocce.Location & Extras:Just two blocks from the beach! The provided pull cart and sun sail made beach days stress-free, and the four bikes were the best way to explore the quaint neighborhood.Verdict:Super clean, impeccably updated, and dripping with coastal vibes. Whether you’re by the pool or the waves, this home is a gem!"

"Our stay at this beachfront home was wonderful from start to finish. The house was impeccably clean and the location was unbeatable — true beachfront with private stairs leading directly to the sand. One of our favorite features was the front yard perched above the seawall, giving us another peaceful spot to relax with ocean views. We also loved how thoughtfully dog‑friendly the home was. The deck could only be accessed from inside, which made it completely secure for our pup. The beds and linens were fresh and clean, parking was easy with plenty of room, and the ocean views from the dining and living areas were absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay."

"My family and I (5 adults) had a wonderful week at Sandy Feet Retreat. Our favorite thing was the close proximity to the beach. Perfect. Be aware that the bedroom downstairs doesn’t have an actual door. It was a curtain you pull. And it also has a small joining room that has bunk beds. That also is where the shared bathroom is. The porches are nice. All the supplies you could ever want are there. Kitchen was stocked. Plenty of paper products. It has a regular coffee maker with a carafe. We brought our Kcup machine. Plenty of chairs, beach umbrellas, toys, water toys etc. The bed in the upstairs master was so very comfortable. Ocean view was fantastic. I would highly recommend this beach house for a family. "

"The home was beautiful, location was perfect and home was well stocked. They had everything anyone would need to a great vacation on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler, hats, boogie boards etc. Loved the large lounge on the upper deck relaxing with a glass of wine while watching the sunset. Listening to the ocean at night was medicinal. We will definitely try to rent again and I highly recommend this home for anyone wanting a well equipped home located right on the beach. Great time!"

Close enough to town to Uber in if you prefer but far enough for privacy. Great base camp for day trips. Recommend to my own family and friends. "
