"La plataforma me cobro por adelantado el 100% cuando llegue el hotel, no tenía ni idea de esta reserva, me dijeron que era demasiado raro por que ellos no tenían inscrito el hotel en niguna plataforma y ni siquiera me ofrecieton alojamiento. Me toco volver a tomar otro transporte, conseguir hotel y hacer otro pago, como una hora despues, quizás mas me escribieron por que por arte de magia les apareció la reserva, pero yo ya habia realizado otros pagos. "It is a normal hotel, with what one needs for a rest. However, they put the music with high volume on the beach, in a kiosk, and that makes the stay not quiet. If permanent music is not a problem, then the hotel is a good option."

"the hotel loss the electricity at 10 pm and we have no A/C in the rooms with 95 degrees, they did not had a plan B, like a electric plan or something to keep cool the rooms, plus there was a party in the pool area that end around 8 am. all night with no A/C and loud music. it was insane. "
