Fantastic stay, the hotel is in a great location with amazing access to the beach. The hotel has very good facilities and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely recommend and return.

Ok facilities and VERY kind staff. But Coveñas is NOT a pretty place. It's dirty, noisy and it's evident the local authorities have placed ZERO emphasis on intelligent urban planning. The beach is dirty and so noisy with so many loud speakers with half a dozen types of music playing. The drinks from the beach bar were delicious and the staff very helpful. But I will certainly not be returning.

The room was spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good, breakfast, lunch or dinner. The pool was also well maintained and I enjoyed using it. Access to the beach was simple and they kept their portion clean.

The front desk service was great. BUT, there’s no hot water, the breakfast was not great either. Room very nice and clean. But every time we go out you have to remove the key that works the air conditioner and it’s so hot that returning to the room is like returning to an oven. They should give guests two keys and let them leave the AC running

The hotel on the outside looks very nice and it’s in a nice location to the ocean, it has its own beach area to hang out in and has parking. My wife and room was not so nice, first the bed in our room was the hardest and most uncomfortable bed I have ever laid down on and all I did was toss and turned all night from being so uncomfortable and I asked the front desk if all the beds in the hotel were this hard and they said yes and didn’t have anything to help me be more comfortable, the paint in the room was chipping off all over the room including the bathroom and the handles to the shower had white build up from not being cleaned properly in my opinion and the shower head was this small round thing that had green and white buildup on it also and the shower head was just hanging through the ceiling looked very unprofessional, The food my wife and I ordered for dinner from there kitchen restaurant was subpar in taste and a little expensive, I think my hamburger patty was frozen at one time and then unthawed and cooked on a stove and very bland in taste and little tough in texture and my wife’s beef chunks in black sauce was very dry in taste and had to drink a whole glass of water to eat it. My wife and I went swimming in the hotel swimming pool and it looked very nice and water was warm but while swimming we noticed the edge of the pool had this green and black residue that looked like mold all around the pool edge. My wife and I will not be coming back to this location.

Water issues

Have complained about the water situation. The water at hotel is from wells. Not well treated. Very salty to brush teeth even to take a bath. Checked out the next day from accommodation. Couldn't stay at hotel with this water issues. We should have this information before booking at this hotel.

Property in disrepair cockroaches in the room. Water in bathroom was salty and didn’t feel clean. Falling pieces of tile in bathroom wall. Loose bathroom drain cover. Pool was dirty with murky water.

reserve una habitacion con cama king sice y reserve en ese hotel solo porque era el unico que encontraba con esa opcion en los que vi. y cuando llegue me acomodaron en una cama queen y me dijeron que el problema no era de ellos sino de la plataforma por donde reserve.

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y la ubicación es excelente, pues se tiene acceso a restaurantes y droguerías a unos cuantos metros. El desayuno ofrece variedad de frutas y proteínas, así como de acompañantes. Puede mejorar el tema del aislamiento de las habitaciones para reducir el ruido de las habitaciones vecinas.

Muy bien. El desayuno algo simple en cuanto a los huevos. Todos los días iguales y fríos. Las habitaciones algo pequeñas pero de resto una vista espectacular por los dos lados. Todas la habitaciones tienen balcón lo que es fantástico.
