"I wanted to stay in a hotel close to downtown Toluca so I could walk to the main attractions. The hotel fulfilled this goal. However, it could have been much better. When we came in, we were sent to a room that was not cleaned yet. We had to go back to the lobby and get another room. Receptionist only gave us the key and the TV control. We came back late that night and the TV didn’t have many options and I couldn’t connect to the internet. Well, I asked next day about those things and reception...

"I wanted to stay in a hotel close to downtown Toluca so I could walk to the main attractions. The hotel fulfilled this goal. However, it could have been much better. When we came in, we were sent to a room that was not cleaned yet. We had to go back to the lobby and get another room. Receptionist only gave us the key and the TV control. We came back late that night and the TV didn’t have many options and I couldn’t connect to the internet. Well, I asked next day about those things and reception printed out a paper with information about internet and TV service. Also, heat was bad the days we stayed (rooms do not have climate). So I have to ask again about what to do and then, they told me a fan could be borrow. I don’t know why I had to ask for those services, I would have wanted that the reception team was proactive on the needs of the customers. They are not customer oriented. And that it’s the major reason I gave them a 3 star rating overall. Hope they improve. "
