"Das kleine Hotel liegt in der Altstadt von Valle de Bravo und ist in einem hübschen Kolonialstil gebaut. Vom oberen, geräumigen Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Im Patio wird auf Wunsch ein Frühstück serviert. In der Weihnachtszeit ist der Ort allerdings sehr voll und das Hotel konnte wegen Straßensperrungen nicht angefahren werden. Leider konnte uns die Rezeptionistin nicht helfen und wir haben sehr viel Zeit verloren."

"Was tired and was not going to reach Queretaro that night coming from Mexico CIty so we atopped just before the toll station in Tepozotlan. The hotel is a few hundred meters from the toll station, clean, comfortable, good breakfast, just what we needed."

"Cuando llegamos nos informarón que debia haber hecho un deposito por lo que no nos guardaron nuedtra habitación. Nos enviaron a otro hotel, pero con una sola cama cuando habiamos solicitado 2 dobles. Finalmente nos solucnaron enviandonos a un tercer hotel. Es remarcable dicir que a pesar de este problema, las personas a cargo se mostraron siempre sumamente amables y dispuestas a solucionar. "
