Small hotel, making the most out of the land they have. The rooms are big enough, well designed and they were clean. Bed is super comfortable, and the shower works really well. It’s a good option for a quick stay in Valle de Bravo. The only inconvenience was customer service. Check in is at 4 pm so we got there early because of a wedding and we needed a room to get dressed. We had a hard time working out a solution with the people at front desk so we could have a room by 2 pm instead of 4. Also nobody is at the front desk ever, you have to go find them somewhere else

El hotel tiene fiestas nocturnas a lado

Todo hubiera estado bastante bien, pero el establecimiento no menciona que están a lado de un antro y la música se escucha súper fuerte toda la madrugada, nosotras íbamos en plan de descanso y fue imposible dormir.

Convivir con la naturaleza sin perder comodidad, la atención del personal fue excelente, las habitaciones cómodas, con tv por cable y un pequeño balcón con vista a los árboles, no tuvimos vecinos por lo tanto no escuchamos ruidos más que de los bares de junto. Sin duda volvemos por lo privado y lo mágico.

El hotel está bonito pero el servicio es bastante regular. Llegamos a la 1 pm y no había nadie en la recepción así que tuve que marcar por teléfono para conectar con alguien y que llegaran a atendernos 15 min después...necesitábamos cambiarnos y dejar maletas para ir a una boda y a pesar de que la habitación estaba disponible no nos la quisieron dar (nos querían hacer un cobro de early check-in que no acepte), así que hicimos el pago de la habitación antes de irnos a la boda, no nos dieron la llave de la habitación y nos dijeron que la dejarían con la persona de vigilancia....Llegamos en la noche y con la sorpresa de que la persona de recepción olvidó dejarnos la llave de la habitación con el vigilante...
