"At first I was a little nervous, I was getting in late and I knew there wasn’t a reception, however Leo Apartments made me feel so comfortable. They answered the phone when I had a question and responded within minutes anytime I needed them. The room was clean and although the bathroom wasn’t attached it was nice to have a private bathroom. The only downside was that it could be a little noisy considering the time of year but I would absolutely go back and stay there again! "

"Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms. There is no table in the kitchen area but we did not really need one - each room has a desk. The tram passes by and you can hear it from the flat but that did not bother me at all. Super close to the city centre - loved the self-check in instructions. "

"Absolutely perfect in every way. This property is close to the center of Old Town but still on the periphery where it’s easy to catch an Uber or for tour pickups etc. Our host was Julia and she was great, very responsive to texts and emails. Our apartment was very well appointed and decorated in every nook and cranny. It really felt like you were in an apartment and not just a hotel room. It was very charming and comfortable. "just got back from a stay in Krakow today and all I can say is I wished we had discovered these apartments years ago. from the staff who were just marvellous to the ideal location of the apartments and the fact that they were spotlessly clean. we travel to Krakow at least twice a year and have found most of the accommodation to be average at best ranging down to very poor. for the price I will defy anybody to find anywhere as good"

"Check in and check out really easy. Didn't have breakfast but same price as in town. Hot tub amazing, as was benefit of hot tub. Would be useful to have another bed side cabinet, but guess hard to find as specific colour design and type of furniture for room. Extra rail in bathroom would be useful for bath towel to hand after use. Overall would recommend as location to town and station spot on"

"We really enjoyed the hotel, the location, the service and the breakfast was wonderful. Our only negative was that the top floor unit is quite hot and the air conditioner is very ineffective. You can open the skylight which does help, but then you have the roar of the crowds in the square who are very loud up until three or 4 AM. "

Convenient and comfortable!!

"I hesitated to book this as it’s not directly at the airport but it’s an easy 10min walk on a sidewalk. Dinner was good and promptly served. The included breakfast had many many options to please most taste buds. And most importantly the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on in hotels: firm, not sagging soft. Awesome pillows too!! And frankly after a 16hr trip I could have probably fell asleep anywhere, but this was really comfortable, quiet and climate controlled. Rooms were small, but we were staying just one night so didn’t need a larger room. Would def stay there again!!! "
