Clean room, nice bed, sheets and pillows in good conditions, good smell. The price very affordable. What I didn´t like is that the only window in my room was adjacent to the hall.

Needs serious refurbishment

Very convenient location. Could be nice but needs serious refurbishment and a deep cleening (Stains everywhere). Unpleasant smell in the room. Other guest were talking and laughing even After midnight in the courtyard and no one asked them to get quiet even though we Could understand every single word they were saying. All in all, we Could barely sleep.

Lamentable que no tengan ventiladores cuando falla su clima en una calor superior a los 35 grados, la atención del restaurante con pésima actitud y cerrado en día domingo pese a que había varias habitaciones ocupadas. Dudo volver a hospedarme ahí, fue cumplidor únicamente

Una experiencia fatal. Dicen que cuentan con estacionamiento pero tienen poca capacidad organización y te andan molestando que te muevas a cada rato y de manera hostil. El restaurante tarda más de una hora para poder atenderte y darte tus alimentos, te cobran la propina sin preguntarte de muy mal gusto. Y lo peor pasó cuando en sábado en la noche se fue la luz en todo el hotel y toda la calle entera tenía luz menos ahí. Al bajar a preguntar que si cuál era la solución dijeron que iban a buscar a un eléctrico para ver si les hacía una conexión (ósea se nota que tiene problemas de luz ilegal) pasó una hora y volvimos a preguntar y fue tanta su frustración que no estoy segura si era el dueño pero si persona l del hotel nos contestaron “si quieren lárguense o que chingados quiere que haga” y pues si nos tuvimos que ir ya que lo que queríamos es descansar y así era imposible. Y tuvimos que movernos a las 10 pm con un menor a buscar otro hotel. También la tarifa no es nada barata, no sé si fue por la fecha pero lo mismo se paga en un hotel de renombre de ciudad, y nada que ver. Cero comodidad, cero limpieza, bastante ruido porque se les ocurre trabajar unos soldadores. Si tienen la oportunidad de quedarse en este hotel no la tomen.

Muy buen hotel en cuanto a limpieza. Pero actualmente están haciendo adecuaciones o remodelaciones y empiezan a generar ruido los trabajadores a partir de las 7:00 am por lo que es demasiado incómodo cuando necesitas descansar y falta señalamientos y mayor seguridad debido a que para entrar a nuestra habitación tenemos que pasar sobre la construcción donde hay escombro y maderas, eso es de pésimo gusto y cero seguro

Limpio, en buen estado. Buena atención. La habitación que seleccionamos algo chica, pero las fotos que se presentaron no dejaban ver bien el tamaño. No obstante, pasamos una noche tranquila y segura. Bien, en relación al precio.
